I had my body fat tested yesterday from my weight training coach and I gained a pound of muscle! I only lost a few pounds - 2.5% fat, but a pound of muscle :) I'm happy! My weight has pretty much stayed the same, I go from 143 to 140 but for those like me who get discouraged, go get your body fat tested - it's great to know that something good is going on instead of feeling like the scale is the enemy! :)

postitive thoughts - I'm skinny, I'm skinny, I'm a fat burning machine- I've been working out like crazy and have lost no weight but people I have been working out with have- I think I need to "think" myself skinny? One week until I get my body fat tested again, and I so want it to be a good number!

I had my body fat tested yesterday and was glad to find out I have 35% body fat which isn't too bad :) 25% is normal- so I need to loose 10%. I joined a weight lifting class for women - so we will see how it goes! I'm still in a size 10-12 pants, and hoping this is the year I'll drop a size! My instructor wants me to lift weights 3 days a week and do cardio 2-3 times a week- the cardio part is hard because it's super cold where I live and I get really bored on the elliptical- I'll have to figure something out... but it's going to be a good year I can feel it!
