I have been living in denial for a while now and only just decided to go and look at what my clothing size really is :/ I stopped paying attention when I started to wear XL but now I realize that I am past an XL n have gone to XXL/22W ... but I'm not as discouraged as I thought I would be... since working out I can maybe squeeze into an XL another couple months and I will be and oh am I looking forward to that mini goal :)

I think i may be addicted to weighing. I weigh after I exercise and before and after I eat. When it finally hit me that I was obsessing was when I was weighing before and after I used the bathroom :s
I tell myself that i'm just trying to keep track so that I dont gain back the weight as I am not on any diet or program. I am just trying to live a healthier life and lose weight from that.
I have been wondering if my obsession with weighing is healthy or not :/ I've hung up my scale though and plan to only weigh every one or two weeks
