Yesterday I felt so hungry all day and idk why. My down fall was that I ate anything that was available which wasnt always filling foods. As such I ended up eating all day... When I woke up this morning the scale read that I gained 2 pounds... I was like wow 2 pounds from one day lol but then I went back to bed and weighed again when I woke up a little later and it went down by a pound. So I gained like 1.2 pounds just by binge eating :/

I've been working so hard. :) I've upped my exercise to like 1 hour and 30 minutes a day for a week and have been eating anywhere between 1200-1700 calories :) I'm just doing this to get back on track for where I wanted to be at this mark in my weight loss journey then I'm back to 1400-1800 calories a day and working out 30 minutes to an hour 5 days a week... yay me so happy :)
