Got up early before work and walked 1 mile. Used the app RunKeeper, excellent program! Feel good!

Got up this morning and took a walk using the app for android called "RunKeeper". I walked 1.34 miles and burned 120 calories and it took 34 mins.

Need to eat more often. Didn't have a chance to eat like I want. Scheduled an appointment with Lets Dish for better choice in food. Went over in my WW points. Oh well.

This is my first day using this program. I joined WW today and have been watching what I'm eating. Tomorrow, I will try to get back to the gym (hopefully)
I have to be accountable to myself, for what I eat and do. Being a newly diagnosed diabetic, This "diabeties" thing really bothers me, and I really don't want to be taking so many pills. Since I'm early on in this thing, now is the time to act before it's too late. And besides....I really want to get to the Mall of America this year!
My goals are to loose weight gradually, work out more, and be accountable.
Lets see what happens.....
