I need some suggestions! When I started trying to lose weight I cut out a lot of sugar and ate healthy... lost 25 pounds in less than 3 months. Everything I read said make sure you are getting enough calories to give you energy and exercise. I got an elliptical for Mother's Day and this week I have started using it 30 min a day plus I have started aerobic exercise 20 min a day. I have not recorded a weight because I am gaining! My calorie intake has been close to 1800 calories give or take and I know I am burning more than taking in! In the last 2 days my scales show I am 3 pounds heavier. How can this be?
