ohh my god....i dont believe it...seems like im gaining weight by the minute !!! i dont know why this is hapenning....not that i'm eating a lot of junk and fatty food !! i'm eating as healthy food as possible !! i'll go for a thyroid test....just to check.....i'm worried all the more because there is a history of thyroid in my family !! i hope i'm not cursed woth thyroid.... and i hope i can get back to my old weight(45kgs) soon.....

starting 1st may, i will shed the extra 5-6 kgs that i ahve added on in the past few months....i want to go back to ebing 44kgs !! and i will do it healthily !! i will eat healthy and excercise....no junk food for me...ok....maybe once a month in moderate quantitis !!! i will reach my goal within 3 months and i will continue my excericse and eating routine even after i've reached my goal !! to maintain my body weight !!
