starting 1st may, i will shed the extra 5-6 kgs that i ahve added on in the past few months....i want to go back to ebing 44kgs !! and i will do it healthily !! i will eat healthy and excercise....no junk food for me...ok....maybe once a month in moderate quantitis !!! i will reach my goal within 3 months and i will continue my excericse and eating routine even after i've reached my goal !! to maintain my body weight !!
