so this is my highest weight ever... between emotional eating, being sick and two adult children m9ving in who eat MANY snack foods, they also pick up food daily...ugh! ultimately I know I am responsible for what I put in my mouth but, as i am sure many of you know, it is more difficult to eat quinoa and chicken when there is mango curry and basmati rice already cooked and smelling divine oh and did i mention the crab rangoon...
I don't believe in resolutions this just coincides with the new year... I'm going to try again with cooking for one and noting nothing tastes as good as healthy feels!
