got one of my sisters to join she's mrsgoff70, say hi! she had gotten stuck and yet somehow she has caught up and passed me stinker! however, I have come to terms with the fact this is a ChaCha couple of steps forward one step back couple of steps forward a step back and I'm okay with that. as long as the overall trajectory is going in the right direction. I have been all over the place this week and wasted a lot of food oh, I hate that. but as I sit having my lunch (wedge salad with a Persian cucumber grilled chicken and tomato from my garden!) I need to remind myself it's all a matter of choices and as I refill the picture to put water in the refrigerator I will go to the garden and cut some more mint because now I don't need juice or soda because mint water is much nicer! losing a pound or two a week the same way it came on is likely a good strategy to keep it off! have a great day everyone 😁

So hi guys, I'm back.... in February I went away with my sister. she took a picture and posted it and I was horrified! my weight had not only gone up but I was at my high. when she posted that picture I looked at her and my son and said that's it oh, that is it! And swore I would be down 50 pounds by my birthday which is in October well I won't be down 50 but I'm close to being down 30 and that's no joke. Hopefully 50 by the end of the year. I won't let weight control my life but I am being more mindful and taking it seriously how's everybody been? And how's your journey going?
