I've been trying to lose weight for about six years. A couple times I did well, and dropped about 40 lbs, but I gained it back. Then I went through a period of time where I felt that I should just accept the weight I was at. Now I want to lose this extra weight more than ever. I want to be healthy, and feel good, and of course look good too. I've been a little heavier in the past, but not by much. Last year I was close to 280. I actually started having trouble breathing, and I could not sleep well at all. Now that I'm back into the 260s I have more energy and I'm walking again for exercise. I also do some at home exercises through out the day. I'm really excited for this! And I'm super motivated!
