Very bad week, accidental death of nephew in Mi, causing an emergency trip, and all the stress and food that goes with it. not having a full week of weights to avg. with, I only have 3 days so yesterday's actual weight is my report.we'll see if I could possibly maintain it!!

stayed the same this week, although Sunday am down to 122.8, a lot of work & play camping, and not as much eating lol!!!! although that's not good either as Dr. wants a 130# . oh well, I can eat desserts this week,!!!!!

little under the weather this week, but still able to bring my average up a couple of 1/10's. today's actual weight is 126.8#,and yesterday's was 127.4# so all in all not a bad week

Very Stressful week, lots if manic/,depressed BiPolar episodes, but did manage to get more protein and enough calories to being weight back up front a low of 122 last Sunday to today's average of 125. have a good week!!

worked hard outside this week, forgetting to eat but one meal a couple of days and dropped 4#.. not a good thing! drank fluids, but didn't replace calories. gotta do a better job. was happy with 126 or so, but 124 is 6# under my ideal weight. Will see what next week holds...
