Another blizzard brings some heavy shoveling again. Lots of exercise with plenty of healthy food. Protein with every meal.

Breakfast of champions: a HUGE bowl of homemade vegetable soup with egg-drop to add some protein. Has to last me for a while because the day is super busy and I do not know when I will next get to eat. Busy is good though, because I don't think about food. More and more these days, I like breakfast to be my biggest meal. Trick is you have to make the time and this can be hard some days. Also I prefer morning exercise before I eat so this causes additional scheduling issues.

Lunch: sardines and free-range eggs fried in olive oil, seasoned with garlic, Chile de árbol, and a jalapeño green sauce. Protein, omega-3s, vitamin D and plenty of ZING. Estimate 400 calories. YUM!
