When I started counting calories back on Sept 1, 2010 I weighed 308 lbs. I weighed in today at 262 lbs. I don't consider myself dieting, but have modified my daily lifestyle to accomodate the weight loss, and it's working. My weight goal is 210 ilbs. The weight I have lost has really helped lower my blood pressure as well. Along with my medication, my blood pressure hit an all time low at 120/64, which the doctor says is normal. This is great news!
