I haven't been working out like I should be and my eating habits are still bad but I'm working on it since last week I got sick in all I'm going to start over with insanity.

My back is a little sore this morning. I don't know what its wrong with me, I like working out but for some reason I always hit a wall the first month rhythm it takes me awhile to get back to it. I always feel good after a work out so why do I always stop. Then I start eating really bad and feeling tired. I need to set some rules because we don't have the money to always eat the best foods but I can limit what bad stuff

Today I started INSANITY again. I am starting to think if I can't finish this I should try something else but I don't want to start another program until I finish this one. Any ways today was the first fit test to this. I wasn't feeling all that great I have a head ache and it was hard to keep going when I feel like this but I need to start somewhere because I am really out of shape and the only way to feel better is to workout. Its crazy but it is true. On my fit test I was about to do
80 Switch kicks
46 power Jacks
83 power knees
21 power jumps
7globe jumps
11 suicide jumps
12 push-up jacks
63 low plank oblique
I love that i have started once again and my goal is to finish it this time last time I was able to get the first month done this time i am doing the whole 60 days
