This is it! Im watchin Loosing it with Jillian. I can do this, I need to do this for myself and my family. Everyday at work Im working out hard starting with today. Did interval training jogging and walking, and 100 sit ups and stretching! Gonna do this

I have exactly 50 days to get it in gear before I go on my trip. I NEED to get rid of my belly. Its hard to kick it in gear when I need to fix dinner for the family and I dont like planning lol. OH well
