I have not been as good this last week. My sis had a baby so between the hospital, watching my neice and running around I have eaten out more and worked out less. Gotta get back on track:) Im craving chocolate chip cookies today big time, good thing I dont have any:)

Yesterday the diet went out the window. I had a margarita and some irish nacho's. SOOOOO TASTY soooo very bad for me. I decided that I need to step away from the special k and give my body a change cus I think I will plataeu too fast on this weight loss thing. I dont want to get discouraged yet cus I have so far to go!

I feel like a yo yo. The scale at home varies from 269 to 261 on a dailey basis. My legs feel stronger but i dont want to build muscle lol I want to burn fat so I may need to change my work out. Right now I am doing 100 crunches on the ball with a 5 pound weight in each hand. Doing the eliptical on level 4 or 5 for 25 mins varying the courses then walking on the treadmil between 5-10 mins.
