I am a 28 year old stay at home mother of two girls. I have battled my weight for as long as I can remember. My senior year of high school I lost a great deal of weight by talking an excercise class that combined cardio/strenght training. I would then run 2miles at lunch(not eat) and would be at work through dinner (I remember eating a candy bar most times).
I was down to 135 pounds but it became an obsession and I had a border line eating disorder. I plumped up again in college. I have been trying to work my weight back down since having children. I have decided to try to You diet because it focuses on eating healthy, which has never been something I tried. I want to feel good about myself again.

Hey all, need some help
Okay so I am new. Not only to this You: on a diet but also to the fat secret community. I usually try to go this weight battle alone. Okay so I have two little girls (4 and 2) I stay at home and my husband works long hours. I need some feedback about how realistic some of the guidlines are. I am already confused about how I am supposed to keep it all in line. I mean the no sugars but then also the now enriched wheat and low cal and fruits (which lots of them have sugars!) So if you could drop me some hints I will be shopping soon to get supplies for the start of my new way of life.
