I am a 28 year old stay at home mother of two girls. I have battled my weight for as long as I can remember. My senior year of high school I lost a great deal of weight by talking an excercise class that combined cardio/strenght training. I would then run 2miles at lunch(not eat) and would be at work through dinner (I remember eating a candy bar most times).
I was down to 135 pounds but it became an obsession and I had a border line eating disorder. I plumped up again in college. I have been trying to work my weight back down since having children. I have decided to try to You diet because it focuses on eating healthy, which has never been something I tried. I want to feel good about myself again.
