I haven't back on here for awhile, got discouraged after the almost 3# wt gain after I started the Express plan. I had pizza twice and was generally BAD. I have been trying really hard to stay on plan but it is hard to get the food some days. My counselor has given me a plateau breaker to try and hopefully it will work because I want to drop this weight faster. I am down 14 pounds since starting, but I am greedy and want more.

I started the program on June 12 and have lost 15 pounds so far, which isn't bad considering I went on vacation for last 2 weeks and still lost 2 pounds. I didn't follow my meal plan very well while gone. I just recently found out I didn't have to buy those LA lites......I first thought they were included in my purchase plan (I know she told me they were) but found out they weren't. I don't even really like them....they are too sweet (I am a salt junkie). I was relieved to find out that I don't have to use them. I manage to eat 1 a day, sometimes 2.
I was just put on the new plan, the express one with only chicken and fish for 4 weeks. I feel it is too much food and am afraid I will gain weight. 4 starches seems to much for a person who is trying to loose. We'll see. Any advice is welcome.
