Okay... so this mornings breakfast was a little rough calorie wise, but it was what my body needed. After not meeting my protein requirements for the last new days, my body felt awful- it was nice to let myself feel fed this morning.
I have been feeling sore and headachey the last few days, as well as inflammed. No good. I feel much better this am already after this meal.

Yesterday was hard, I didnt eat 3 meals as I usually do, and by 10:00 pm, I had a headache, and felt crappy. That combined with the fact I ate peanut butter ball filling- though admittedly only like 1/4 cup if that, and a peanut butter cookie instead of a potato, and I felt terrible. I did NOT want to wake up this morning, and was cranky and irritable, wanting to give up. But I didnt- I woke up and had breakfast, and am hoping it kicks in soon. Really soon.

I got up late today- 10:30- I got breakfast by 1130, and so then I wasnt hungry for the rest of the afternoon. I had a cup of coffee, and just before this(615pm)ate supper, which is not good timing. I felt dehydrated and unmotivated today, but okay, none the less. Around 230 i started craving sugar and made the filling of a peanut butter ball, BUT, I only ate a little- like 1/4 cup, rather than the whole thing or a bowl of it- go me! I am feeling dizzy tonight right now, and trying to focus on drinking more water, and not binging on sugar. I am proud I am journaling for the 2nd time today- go me!

So... this morning I again feel stuffy, and head achy. More tired than normal. I had a medium-ish potato before bed, and true to form, I think its too much for me- I had weird dreams. I feel though still on track and motivated, and ready to start planning to rest of the day. My hips hurt, and my ovaries hurt, so that's how I feel physically.
