..*sigh*..thank you kind people...just having a stressful day. I usually put the dressing off to the side and just dip my fork in it before I take a bite. Atkins really does work for me if I'm honest with myself..at the end of the day , I'll be yelling "I WANT A GLASS OF WINE!!"...LOLOL..this is a nice site. You guys all understand everything....my co-workers are not nice or supportive AT ALL...my boyfriend is thank goodness!... but , unfortunatly, I'm here 8 hours and sitting most of the day in front of this screen is depressing..I guess I'm kinda down today it sounds like, huh??...

Atkins Frozen Meals
dip in egg first before almond meal..and spray whatever cookware if baking or pan cooking with Pam...it shouldnt fall off...man, almond meal baked fish??? with malt vinegar??? OMG..soooooo goood!
