So - confession time. After two weeks at home (complete with momma's cooking, graduation parties, and friends who like to go out for drinnks) I have returned back to Pittsburgh with a 7 pound souvenier. Really not sure how I pulled off this one - oh, wait... Yes I do. By eating every single thing in sight, and rationalizing it by telling myself "I only come home three times a year... I might as well enjoy it". Well, I was certainly pissed at myself to see that I had successfully gained back every single pound I had worked off.
I have a little under two weeks until my hospital rotations start. I plan on dedicating at least 45 minutes a day towards getting this weight back off. SET, GO.

It seems now that I have kept on a continuous exercise plan, that I have a constant urge to get back to the gym! I like it!

I really wish I would have taken "before pictures" of myself. I'm starting to feel so much better about my progress and my motivation, but it would have been cool to see it through pictures. I suppose I could just use a picture of me before from Facebook or the likes.

Everytime I get ahead, I get too excited and let myself "enjoy my success". AKA - ruin all the progress I have made and gain back some pounds. This is the one thing that NEEDS to stop. It hinders progress and sends my body back in time.
Anyone have any good tips on how to reward yourself without completely falling off the wagon?

It's amazing how if you slack off for one day, it magically turns into one week... I have been eating so bad this week, and it's time for me to get back on track! :/
