So I take full responsibility for my lack of exercise, I've eaten good until this morning. Sorry but I was craving that Starbucks coffee and a donut. I've been good. I haven't exercised since Friday when mom arrived. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer. It was stop and go but I did the whole 20 minutes. I can tell my strength has improved because I couldn't even do a minute without dying and getting off of the thing. I'm three days early on my period. Not sure what is going on there. So I'll get back on the ball. I want this weight off. I can see the difference in my body and that is encouraging. I didn't weigh in yesterday, so did it today. I gained .45 pounds. I'm blaming my period! Next weight in better be good and it will be.

blah, today was just a bad day.
Ate the wrong things. Tomorrow will be better. Pick myself up and move on.
A high point, I got on the scale (I know I shouldn't have) and I lost another 3 lbs. Maybe that's why I did so bad today. 6 lbs lost. I'm happy! I bought a work out DVD Jullian Michaels. Lets see if she can whip my butt into shape.
