Newbie with a boat load of questions. got a minute or ten?
I decided Monday to get off my duff and start my diet. I joined on Tuesday and really began. I had not been exercising at all, just the normal daily activities. Boy did I hurt, but that's the way it's suppose to be right? No pain, no gain. Anyways, back to the reason for this post.

I'm not sure that I'm getting enough calories in the day and very unsure how the intake and output should be. I look at my diet calendar and do not get why the arrows point down, is this good or bad. When I first imputed my height and weight it said I needed to consume 2400 calories. Yeah, no way is that gonna happen, so I set it to 1800 but have been getting close to 1600. If someone could help me understand this better so I know if I'm on the right track. Also what should I be aiming for with carb/protein/fat daily? Any help with this would be appreciated.

How often do others weigh in? I'm thinking of doing it twice a week but maybe I should just do it once a week.

Yesterday was a bad day, and today will be. It's that time of the month and it's a bad one. I'm looking at the
treadmill with disgust but know I will jump on it at least once today and push myself.

Android App-No Sync?
I'm not sure why you are having a problem. I have mytouch and just sync it to my online profile with no problems. Maybe give the people at T-mobile a call and see if they can help you get this resolved.
