I am a 32 year old married female with no children living in NY.
I ran my first 10K in September. I love to knit, run, play beach volleyball and read.
I hate cooking and cleaning dirty dishes. No dishwasher at my house :(
I am a Jet and Islander fan and get bored watching baseball on TV
I hate complainers although I tend to do alot of that when it comes to my weight. I mostly complain to myself which is great to everyone else.
I love my job and hate my commute and family is the most important thing in my life :)

Food Diary on BB App
When I open the app today, the food diary keeps going to yestderday and it won't update for today.

I used the website instead and then synced but it still will not update although all the other options have been udated.

Any advice?

Fat/Protien/Carb intake?
Hello Everyone!!

I am trying to figure out the appropriate amount of grams of fat, protien, and carbs I should allocate myself on a daily basis. Does anyone know how to calculate this or have a resource I should consult?

Thanks so much Smile

New and Determined!
Hello Everyone!!

I am excited about using this website/bb app to really bring to my attention my eating and excercise habits (or lack of Smile.

I am 32 and have been married a little over 2 years. Eventually we would like to start a family and I want to be as healthy as possible when we do.

Although I am trying to lose weight, I am not trying to "diet" but more like make a lifestyle change that I can live with. I just finished reading In the Defense of Food and the book has really enlightened me about what I eat and what I should be eating.

I hope to make meaningful connections in which I can find and give encouragement.

Nice to meet you all!!
