Hello, everyone!

Here is a brief introduction about myself:

I have been overweight since I was 10 years old (after the divorce of my parents, not sure if this had something to do with it) but I found food as my happiness. I was able to manage to stay at 180 lbs when I was single because I was a little bit more active. I used to do kickboxing and loved dancing. Once I got married and had my son who is now 3 years old I went up to 260 lbs! I am tired of being fat and I am ready to do the South Beach Diet with all of you! I am still doing my research on what I can and can't eat so I could do good in the first phase of the diet. I want to get all my facts together so I can start this on Sunday and be 100% strict. I started walking this week because I also want to excercise while doing this diet. I am walking two miles every other day,eventually I want to excercise 6 x a week. I know I could do this!!!!
