I lost 1 pound last week but I know why I didn't loose more, went out Saturday night and was drinking and eating all night. If it wasn't for the dancing I did that night and the 2 mile hike I did on Sunday I think I would have gained some weight back.

Weigh-in: 241.0 lb

still to go: 81.0 lb

Diet followed poorly

Again! I survived another week! People are starting to notice my weight lost and I feel good! I am able to wear some clothes that I had stored away for a year!

I've been trying since Monday on following Phase 1 but I do really good for breakfast and lunch but for dinner and stuff myself. What is wrong with me?!?!? It seems that I loose my self-control at night and want to eat everything....any advice on how I can manage through dinner?
