Oh yeah.......do you hear the words that are coming outta my mouth?
All you naysayers say "NAY", the rest of us say "HEY"!
255 today - 95 down, 5 to go before Feb 8th. HAH!
And another NSV, I put on 36X32 regular jeans this morning! WHAT THE WHAT??
(do the Humpty dance!!) My 48 pants in the closet can now be used for sails on someone's boat!(I kept 1 pair to remind me NEVER,NEVER,NEVER AGAIN)

Well....we started the next level. Went to our on-grounds fitness center, Angie goes but first time in 8 months for me! Did 1.2 miles on the bike, hit one circuit of upper body(legs were jelly!) and hit the pool! Whew! Seemed like a lot! Lol! Onward and upward! Gotta start somewhere! Keep up the fight my brothers and sisters!

OMG! Finally! That damn 258-260 plateau was killing me! Felt we were BAD this weekend but not really, just BBQ'ed, drank, made "Cinnabon" clones, new pizza crust (not fathead, was really good) and just had a good time! Took the dogs for a LONG walk yesterday and BAMMMM! a drop! Guess it's time to start hitting the gym and such! That first 90 lbs. seemed easy, this next 50 may take some work! HAH! to quote the great jimmiepop, "#grindtime" !!
