So late last night I broke my fast, after 76 hours. Ate a few chicken wings and went to sleep. I gained some weight back but I'm OK with that. I'm sure it will balance off with time.
I have a 5k competition on the 2nd to sep and after that I want to get myself ready for a long fast. I was thinking about 20 days, I'll take a break from running during that time...

Another day fasting for a total of 3 days now. feeling good and keeping on loosing weight really fast so ill keep on going for the time being.

Seeing how fast I lost those Kg, you all were right, it was all water retention. 48h fasting did the trick, and because I'm feeling fine I'll carry on for another day or more, depends on how I'll feel
