hi all i am truely sorry for not posting its been another whirl wind i am dealling with something quite serious it involves my husband but dont worry every thing between us is wonderful i will let you all know when this ends it will be a while it is just really starting but just remember to think about us i am also eatting but healthy choices and i am also trying to get my water in too wich has been really hard but i am drinking some loveto all shelly.

cant wait for the weight to start falling off i am really in to walking i am going to start up to 4-5 times a week starting next week even if it hurts and also i am going to check out something at social security my husband needs care and i am the one takeing care of him and he lost his job so i am going to see if there are state funds that allow the spouse to care for him full time and get funds for it if not oh well any way i am off to loose some weight love to all shelly.

im turning over a new leaf i am glad i am working out now a couple times a week wich is soo much better then i was doing. i was doing absolutely nothing for the longest time and i am going to work out tommorow too if i do not work. but if i do i will try to do it when i get home cause excerciseing is better then not so i just have to really remember that and i know if i really try i can do this cause i want to live i want to eat to live not live to eat any way enjoy the beautiful weather love shelly.

well today i was cancelled from work but i am not going to let that trash my diet i had an active yougart wich is 3 pts for breakfast and a few grapes now im sipping on some water. any way i hope you all are going to have a fantabulous day love to all shelly.
