well today i worked and had a very good day i couldnt of asked for a better day also. i am working so hard on not having alot of soda i am not 100percent there yet but im like 80 percent wich is better then i was a weekago. yayy go me!!! well i am working tommorow so if i work all 12 hours tommorow i will havei will have 43 hours in this week yayy go me any way have fun and my foot its no better yet so im doing excercises in a chair wich is better then nothing love to all shelly.

well i worked today and its a good thing i got to babby sit a 60 yr old man and we laughed and watched tv and it was really fun any way i hope to do good this week on the scales im eating good and healthy any way even if it doesnt show on the scale i know im getting healthier any way have a splendous monday love to all shelly.

yikes
today was a very intresting day i was takeing care of one of my husbands request and i opened the freezer and a 10 pound pkge of hamber tube fell out and hit my toes and they are what you say PURPLE and it HURTS!!!!!!! but then my husband wanted me to go to the emergency room and i told him no way im not spending 9 hours in the emergency room just to find out my toes are broken well they are aand they hurt and there purple like i said any way my diet was pretty good not purfect but good also i am working tommorow i hope at my favorite hospital any way have fun and no i cant excercise for a week or so oh well any way have a great week and i will try to do dumbells sitting down at least i will be burning some calories but not the way i want too love to all shelly

i had fun on day 2 of my new diet its going good i must say. also the fact i drank alot of water today more then usual i would say it may not be enough for the water requirements but its more then what i usually have so yes i am very proud of myself. also i did some mall walking it may not of been fast walking but i was pushing my husbands wheel chair so for that i do excercise points. so i hope you have a wonderful weekend love to all shelly.
