I don't seem to be losing any weight, because I think I am still in discovery mode and have not decided to fully go on the Paleo diet.
However, I'm going to transition my diet to a low or no wheat diet over the next two or three weeks to see how that affects me.
After reading about the dwarf mutant wheat information, I'm going to try to cut out conventional wheat, and try to only buy old types of wheat, and maybe even grow some of the tall, old fashioned wheat myself.
Anyway, I'm at work, time to get back and make a living.

I went to the doctor for a small outpatient procedure, and was weighed in with too much of my EDC gear on, because there was little spare time to get procedure started.
Due to this I am guessing at my actual weight being the same as my last weigh-in...

Having terrible headache this morning. Woke up with it. Hurts from frontal lobe area all the way down into my neck and upper shoulder area.

I have felt like crap since I put on 40-50 pounds after quitting smoking.
I used to consume 4000-6000 calories when I was in the Air Force working on the flight line, and pushing all that heavy gear around I easily burned off all those calories.
When I separated, I had a hard time cutting down on my food intake, but because I was still smoking, there wasn't much weight gain, but once I quit the cancer sticks, the weight just piled on.
On top of that, I really love food.
I KNOW I have to lose the weight, but I hope by participating on this site I will gain eating wisdom and be more encouraged to lose the weight.
