seems like i've eaten a lot this past week and to top it off i haven't really followed my exercise plan that well. need to reorganize myself and start with my program again. there's no going back to my old body. i love how i look and i'll do whatever it takes to get myself in shape so i can have the body i always dreamed of.

ok. i gained weight this week but all my other details improved. i'll bounce back and lose more weight next weigh-in. reasons why i gained. i went to a meeting out of town and did not bring my herbalife products with me so i ate out 3 times in a day.
