Well, another hard weekend. Why is it so difficult on the weekends to stay close to the plan of weight loss? Today I'm back at the gym. Hopefully I'll have the will power to say no to the bad foods this week.

This was a very tough weekend. I ate out to much and although I mostly got healthy foods it seemed that I still didn't eat that great throughout the day. Oh well today is the start of a new week and I will continue to go to the gym and eat well.

Today seemed a little difficult with the eating part of the dieting. I excercised for an hour so that was good but after work I just wanted to gorge myself with food. It doesn't sound very appetizing when you put it that way.
