SNACKS!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the exact same problem as you with snacking, especially when I come back from college. If you're feeling on a bit of a sugar low, what I do to avoid the temptation of snacking is to dip my finger in a little bit of sugar and put it on my tongue.
It seems to work for me and keeps me off sugary things until I have the time to prepare a good meal.

Recently, I have decided to replace snacks with fruit. Satsumas are great snacks because they help you to get in your daily fruit and vitamin allowance as well as being low in calories. They're sweet and tasty too! Like bullytrouble suggested, carrots or other veg in houmous is lovely too!

However, if you can't resist a naughty snack then try one that's under 150 cals max. Many weight-loss brands have low-calorie snacks as well.
