i'm married (3rd time, but this one's the one finally.....), 165 LB., 5'6", 47 year old woman (48 11/13), all 5 grown sons (2 natural & 3 step) ages range 20-26 years. Hysterectomy about 4 years ago and since have put on too much weight w/high triglycerides as of 6 months ago (never an issue before)and high blood pressure last check :( never had before either. I love to cook and all types of foods are my favorites. I've experienced some depression, I think because I need to fix the weight and feel better, but I don't do anything but work at a desk also. I have no incentive to exercise or workout although I did in past years and know the benefits, I just can't get myself on track and need to figure out how to get there.
First time here, so I thought I'd sign up to see how this goes. Nothing has worked so far except when my Dr. told me to cut out the fat and I lost 15 Lbs. in no time. It's very hard to do though with all the reading one must do to stay on top of this!
