Choose a day you have some spare time and cook for the rest of the week. Portion, freeze, grab and go. If you can't control your ingredients you probably don't want to eat it anyway. Just my $0.02

Craving sweet foods
A dark chocolate square works wonders for me. I used to hate it and now I eat 90%+ regularly.
