Dinner was Chinese. Chicken Donburi and chicken tempura sushi. I mostly just ate the sushi. Leftovers for tomorrow.
Yeah, we’re not even going to talk about what I ate after, but it involved cookies and peanut butter bread.
I really need to core work. I think more than lose weight I want the tummy and thigh chub gone.

Broke fast at around 9:30 with
-Salad w/avocado and chicken
-1/4 sams club cinnamon roll-no frosting
Which unfortunately doesn’t have the calories on it, but for anyone who hasn’t had one, it’s like a cinnamon roll and a croissant had a baby. So based on their croissant calories and their cinnamon crunch muffin calories I would say their cinnamon roll has 500 cal minimum.

Today feels like a bottomless pit day. I really feel like I could just keep eating and eating and eating and I have plenty of cookies to do so with. I need to figure out the best low calorie filler that one can consume on bottomless pit days.
And baby is down so I should go elliptical now, but that is so boring even watching tv. And I have to make a pumpkin streusel cake for my husbands co-worker who is leaving, and like last week I just want to sleep.

Does anyone else hate how fs displays posts on the feed? I don’t get it. I just want the posts in order. Not based recent activity like likes or comments or whatever. I also just want to see who I follow when I select followed. Not who they comment or like.

I don’t know how much I believe that. I mean I know I’ve been having some butt issues and didn’t go at all the other day and yesterday and this morning I have went a bunch, but I still find that hard to believe.

So, the first weight was around 6:30am. In 2 hours I have drank coffee and that’s it. .7 pound increase, not from coffee, but whatever that’s fine I didn’t believe the first number anyway. Now let’s look at the fat. 1.5# difference. How do you gain .7 pounds but 1.5 pounds of fat?
So .7 pounds in liquid is apparently about 10 3/4 fluid ounces, so my weight gain could have been from liquid because I’ve had more than 10 ounces of coffee. But if you look at it, my water didn’t increase, it actually decreased.
Again, accurate scale. I just want an accurate scale. Is it actually that difficult? It could be. But science is science. body composition is body composition.
