I am three days abstinent from night eating! Oh my god, I still have not lost the five pounds I gained on my trip due to the fact I get up in the middle of the night and I am starving! So, I have STOPPED that, and also quit putting unsweetened soy milk in my coffee. I think that was contributing to it, since I had just started doing that a few weeks ago. No more! I am working out 4-5 days a week and hope to get this weight off soon. Thanks for the support.

Just got back yesterday from a 4 day trip and saw that I had gained FIVE pounds. Is this fat or water weight? Anyway- back on Phase 1 as of today and the gym tonight. 30 minutes of cardio and then a yoga class. Hope to be back down by next week.

I decided to go back to Phase 1 for a few days, after my LONG plateau. I have lost 3 more pounds. Finally! I have lost a total of 22 pounds since January 2. I will go back to Phase 2 next week, and SLOWLY re-introduce fruits and whole grains. Thanks for all your support. You guys rock!

I have not lost any weight in 3 weeks! Help! I am exercising more and sticking close to Phase 2. What should I do to get over this hump???

I take non-fat plain yogurt, (for Phase 2) and mix it with vanilla extract and splenda for vanilla yogurt! I eat this for breakfast with one hard-boiled egg. I am full until snack time. The weight is melting off with a mix of cardio, strength training, and yoga. I have lost 19 lbs. since Jan. 2, 2007.
