I am three days abstinent from night eating! Oh my god, I still have not lost the five pounds I gained on my trip due to the fact I get up in the middle of the night and I am starving! So, I have STOPPED that, and also quit putting unsweetened soy milk in my coffee. I think that was contributing to it, since I had just started doing that a few weeks ago. No more! I am working out 4-5 days a week and hope to get this weight off soon. Thanks for the support.
