I've struggled since my last weigh in. I think I'm eating too much. Probably too much fat and not enough cruciferous veggies. I originally chose the keto diet for convenience (and freedom especially) and I don't want to be a slave to counting calories, macros, points etc, except maybe for water, but still just paying more attention, not writing down each time I have water.
I'm beginning to recognize fats that I should limit, like bacon because of its additives and deli meats for the same reason. Not much of a problem for me though: bacon is messy to cook so I just don't very often, and deli meats can be pricey which is actually a good thing in my scenario.
But worst of all, I've not reached Keto yet, near as I can tell. I'm not losing weight very well. So today I'm going to use the Silver Sneakers benefit on my insurance to visit the YMCA to find out about Pilates and yoga classes, which will among other things hopefully improve my balance (I'm pretty clumsy).
So if anybody has advice, I'm all ears!

Doing keto pretty much on the fly but need to plan more and better. There's bone broth making in the crockpot and a pan with boiled eggs to make egg salad and deviled eggs, plus three Baggies of premeasured chicken from a roasted whole chicken from the grocery store and the remaining pork country cut ribs I made last night
Maybe I am doing better than I think - after all, I am losing weight. Anyway I am feeling well though so I'm probably not yet in ketosis. And I'm not drinking enough water - all things I need to address this coming week.
