I feel so stupid. I didn't set my activity level correctly which had my RDI at 1600. Once I corrected it, my RDI jumped to 2200!!! I've been starving myself for the last 2 days. I feel so much better knowing I can eat more than I have been! Thanks Jay for pointing that out! ;-)

Not a good day. I went over my RDI by 102 calories...and I started out so well today! UGH! I wish I had roll over calories. lol. I did much better yesterday. Oh, well! I'll just do even better tomorrow. ;-)

I'm just getting started and I want to lose at least 30lbs before my girlfriend's wedding in January. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time.
