I'm so tired the week is dragging. It's getting harder to keep record of what I've eaten. It's also getting harder not to eat after 8:30. I was hungry after bible study laast night but I fought back the temptation. I purchased plenty of 100 calorie snacks so hopefully that will help. I hope my next weigh-in goes well.

It's a little harder to walk my 30 minutes today since it's raining but I managed to walk inside. It was boring in comparison but I got the job done. I still haven't come down off the high of having lost 8lbs last week. I know that's due in part to the fact that I didn't set my activity level correctly at first. duh! However, I know I've made changes that will still make a difference. I haven't been eating after 8:30, I've been drinking more water, I cut back on soda and when I went out to eat saturday I cut the meal in half right away; half of it I put away for another meal and the other half I ate at the restaurant. I even bought a bike though I haven't been able to ride because of the rain. I'm proud of myself and the progress I've made thus far and I'm psyched about the next weigh-in! ;-)

I LOST 8 LBS IN 1 WEEK!!! It seems too good to be true but it's not. I stayed below my RDI by making healthier food choices (with a little treat here and there) and I exercised. I am well on my way to reaching my weight loss goal!
