Started my first challenge, and I'm about to pick another one. Just 2 for now will be a good start. Well tomorrow starts my walks in the morning and living where I live, brrrr it's gonna be a cold one. Here's to 5 am, and hoping I don't freeze my A$$ off. :)

It's the beginning of the end. If that makes sense lol. I am officially going to try to do 30 min walks in the morning, and 30 mins on the elliptical and in my spare time, a bike ride once a while. My other goal is to stop my ocpd. I hope I can stick to it!
