Haven't been able to go to the gym. Kind of frustrated with this 20 below weather. I know it's an excuse, but it is hard to find the motivation to go. I would do a work out dvd at home, but lately no one is giving me the space or time to do it. No one is sticking to a damn sleeping routine.. I have to fight with everyone. Doesn't help that it is school winter break either. But this week will hopefully be different.

Failed sticking to my first 2 challenges. Trying 2 this time again, now with a gym membership. Good motivation, it requires me to go at least 12 times a month or more. Watching my food and using fitbit. Its a really neat tool, just have to remember, no sweets or pop. Small portions, move more and drink more water!
