Hi there!
So I'm 5'6'' and 119 lbs as of today. I know that might not sound like I need to lose weight, and I definitely don't need to lose much--but the fact is, I have a very small frame and I have a few extra pounds, as evidenced by the small double chin and love handles I've generated. I don't really care about being smaller, but I do want to be in better shape and have less body fat. I LOVE to eat, so I'm mixing a few elements here: exercise, reducing portions, cutting carbs (I'm a total carb fiend...I'll eat half a loaf of bread in one sitting!) and eating less unhealthy fats (oils, butter, etc). I've already lost 3 pounds since my last weigh in about 2 weeks ago.
