So I've been exercising every day. I go to the gym 3 days a week, and the days I'm not at the gym I'm walking, or working out with videos etc...
I haven't really lost any weight in a while. I lose a pound, gain it back, lose a pound, gain it back. I'm really starting to get frustrated. I'm doing Weight Watchers but I don't think it's working. I should be losing more than I am I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I'm eating more than 1,000 calories a day, but less than 2,000 and I'm working out. I don't get it! :(

I am at a stand still with my weight at the moment. I started doing weight watchers again a few weeks back and I've lost about 6 pounds already. I've weighed 199lbs for the past week already. I want to try to get to at least 195-196 by the end of the month. I hope I can do it!

I cut down out snacks and cut my eating times town to 3. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. I lost about 4 pounds just from cutting out the junk that I don't need. Humans can survive on 3 meals a day. Even less. So my body doesn't need those junky snack foods. They may taste good, But my waist line will pay the price if I eat them!

I spent the weekend with my boyfriend. His mom cooked for me and I didnt get a chance to work out. Sooo I gained 2 pounds since my last weigh in which was 6 days ago. I know I shouldn't have slacked so much. However, I am re-starting the points program today and I am working out at the gym after work. I am serious about losing weight. I just got off track for the weekend!
