I am currently at 195.2. I was at 198.6. It took me a few weeks but I finally got over the plateau that was kicking my butt! I upped my workouts and I lowered my weight watchers points. I feel amazing! I went to old navy and I tried on a size 12 and though they were snug they fit. I don't have long to go now!

I have gone from 301lbs to 195 lbs. It's taken me 4 years so far but I am continuing the journey. I stopped losing weight for about 2 years because I hit a plateau and I got discouraged and I gave up. No giving up this time! I am determined to be a healthy weight and I will not stop until I reach my goal! :)

To anyone who has ever said I can't....If I can do this...ANYONE can. I eat what I want..and I still lose weight. The key is to eat the serving size, portion control, and exercise.
I went out to eat last night and I had a tiny piece of a mazzorella stick,a tiny chicken wing, and half my order of spaghetti and meatballs..and I still lost weight :p You can eat out AND have a good time with you're friends. Self control and determination will bring me to the finish line and I will never look back!
