I am under some extreme amount of stress of divorce!! I put for my diet that I have been doing reasonably well eating but my food just seems to go right through me. I hope things get better as this situation progresses. This is not a good feeling of weight loss but more of a miserable one. I know things will start to look up soon I just don't want to be frail looking by the time this is done:( I'm pushing carbs right now to slow down the weight loss a bit. I feel a lot of people are noticing dramatic changes and they r showing concern which is not what I want:( I will keep in touch!!
