I am giving Atkins my all and I am definately feeling better! I didn't really sleep well last night and I was feeling like I was on a caffiene high and going to the bathroom all night!! I am in ketosis now and haven't had more than the 20 grams of carbs since sunday night. I feel so good and I don't want to lose this excitement. I dread the upcoming weekend because somehow I always lose control but I really truly believe that this time I can be strong enough to get ahold of my binge eating. MY goal is 120 so I am shooting for 125 before I end induction and then I will move onto phase 2 until I reach 115 and then I feel that I could move onto phase 3 to 4. Im 5"6 so I don't want to go less then 114 for my height I still like some curve and I don't want to be so thin everyone thinks I have a problem. Im trying just to balance my weight with no more fuctuation. My problem is I miss phase two and don't add the carbs back slowly I just carb load for no aparent reason. Im sure there are many other women just like me with the same issues. Good luck today every one and have a blessed day!!

Here I am back to square one in the diet world!!! I can't believe that I let myself gain back almost all the weight that I had lost prior to the holidays!!!! Spring is here and I am feeling ever so motivated to take Atkins serious for the next couple of weeks through induction!!! Im a huge coffee and diet soda drinker so I have decided to cut out the coffee and soda for the next two weeks!!! I will drink a whole pot of coffee in the morning within the first 2 hours of being awake!!! I know that won't help in Atkins!! This diet take some serious self control and Im ready to put forth the effort!! Im going to need alot of support in this journey so please feel free to send me any advice that you think may help me. I took my measurements today as well as a fresh weigh in and now my scale is in the back of the closet for the week. I tend to hang out on my scale alot just to see If i have made any progress every day and that is so discouraging when you want to see results. Not this time!! So here goes to an awesome week and faster than before results (I cheated alot before and still made it to my lowest 125.8) but now Im ready to go full force and p.s. no cheating!!!!!!;)
