Done with Shangri-La Diet. It's actually a valuable tool for learning portion control and how much I food I really needed. With only 900+ cal allotment I need as much as possible for eating regular food. Damn it's hard to eat under 900 cals on the weekends especially when including eating out with friends.

Today...I did a real pushup today! And totally by accident! I was going to do girl push ups, forgot to kneel down and went straight into it. Before I knew what happened I did 10 real pushups WOOOTTTTTTT

The Halloween challenge...
There's 67 days til Samhain. I got 17lb to go. That's 59500 calories to burn. That burning 888 calories a day. If I don't work out the body burns 1825 calories by itself a day. So I can eat a bit more than 937 calories on off days and about 1150 regular days.
Maybe I can eat every other day? Lol it works for my fish, they are pretty skinny. Cavemen probably didn't have food everyday and still toughed it out.
